New possibilities for start up businesses! Term loans to help economy and business uprise in Lombardia

The Lombardia Region decided to allot loans to substain start up businesses whose partners or owners are people in the age from 18 to 35, women without limits of age or unemployed people yet without limits of age.

Either corporations, personal partnerships and individual and family businesses which have one of the following features can take part to the initiative:

a)
individual business whose owner is a person in the age included between 18 to 35 years old, a woman or an unemployed person;

b)
familiar business whose owner is a person in the age included between 18 to 35 years old, a woman or an unemployed person;

c)
personal partnerships whose partners are out of 2/3 people in the age included between 18 to 35 years old, women or unemployed people;

d)
corporations whose stakes holders are out of 2/3 people in the age included between 18 to 35 years old, a women or unemployed people, who also detain the 2/3 of shares;

e)
the individual business must have been registered care of the CCIAA since no more than 12 months, whist the personal partnerships and corporations must top off the registration process within a term of 90 days from the presentation of the request;

The headquarter of the business must be in the Lombardia Region and the owners/partners/stakes holders must be resident in Lombardia since not less than 5 years from the request.

The financing will have the form of the term loan or leasing contract for the buyout of properties

The amount of the loan will be:

-from € 15.000,00 to € 40.000,00 for individual or family business; 
 

-from € 15.000,00 to € 200.000,00 for personal partnerships or companies.
