The administrators of Ltd companies are to be considered liable towards creditors

According with a principle expressed by the Bankrupticy Court House of Milan, in a recently issued statement, the liability of the admistrator provided for the Public Companies (SpA) towards the company's creditors, in case of bankrupticy's declaration, is to be applied also to the limited companies' administrators (S.r.l.) as a direct effect of the provision content in the art. 146 L.F., since this rule is to be referred to all the cases of liability of the administrators, regardless of the typology of company choosen in concrete terms.
