Above those limits and, as said before, for the deliveries out of the Italian borders, it's required a different licence, provided for the international transports, which is issued by the Transports Minister and it is given only to companies which have specific requirements.

However, to be fair, the transport license is not necessary for those companies that use for the hauling vans whose weigh is not outstripping the 6t, yet for those kind of hauling is anyway required the licence for mails and boxes deliveries.
To complete the picture, it's now necessary to talk about the custom's profile, without entering in the fiscal profile.
The express courier, in case works with foreign countries with inbound deliveries, can be accredited as customs broker and work as substitute for customer's fees paymentssubstitute for customs' duty's payiments, and sort directly the packs containing goodies from abroad, but to do that it's required to have an internal custom's responsible.
